Miracle Saints

from $300.00

This pairing remind us of the charming nature behind the stories of the saints lives, the miracles they performed, and the followers they’ve acquired throughout the centuries.

We combined the lesser known St. Victurnien with the popular St. Therese, saints who built cult followings since the 10th century.

The round Victurnien medal, about the size of the dime, is a pretty backdrop to the smaller, octagonal Therese medal that has its original bail. The Therese medal is also so soft and tactile — a sign that it was very well loved over the years.

Front:

Image and inscription of Saint Victurnien, a hermit who lived in the woodlands along the Vienne River in France.

The small commune of Saint-Victurnien in west-central France is named after the saint. His tomb became a site of miraculous events, making it a pilgrimage site following the miracles. In the 12th century, the church of Saint Victurnien was built near his tomb and houses his relics.

Front:

Image of St. Therese, a 19th-century saint, is also known as “The Little Flower”.

She achieved sainthood by practicing “The Little Way”, every day acts of kindness and love. One of our favorite quotes by Therese is “I want to spend my Heaven doing good on Earth”, reminding the wearer that small acts of kindness in daily life often leave the biggest impressions.
